![]() I think that was Daisy's downfall and I sincerely hope she is doing great. ![]() I don't think childhood trauma should be used as an excuse. However, what I don't understand is the fact that she would use that as an excuse to act the way she did sometimes. She had been around the block and back, she lived a tough life, grew up in a rough environment, and as someone that has been through similar events that she has, I understand. However, I do think there was so much depth to her and she wasn't as "dumb" as she made herself out to be. ![]() If Daisy was threatened by someone, she reacted immaturely. I mean this by the fact that ganged up on Kristy Joe and rallied up all of the other girls to do so as well, for no reason other than Kristy Joe was Bret's favorite, and everyone knew it. However, the way she acted in certain situations represented someone of a teenage mind, when Daisy was in her mid-twenties at the time. This was a contract between VH1 and Penthouse for the Pet Of the Year to win.ĭaisy: I thought she was slightly immature for somebody her age, and I mean this with absolutely no bad intent whatsoever. ![]() But I don't want to shame someone's mental state and therefore, I hope she is doing great with her life now :)Īnd 100 percent. off of the Sweethearts (removing the weakest link) gave us an opportunity to make Jes win!Īnd yes, Brittany had some sort of mental issues, I am not sure what exactly was wrong with her. Jes chose Lacey, hints her injury, and therefore, taking Brandi M. Therefore, we instructed Jes to perform harm on one of the players so that one of their teammates could be kicked out, meaning we could take Brandi M. was hungover that day, which was completely unexpected LOL so we grew worried of whether or not Jes would actually win. Unfortunately, it just so happened that Brandi M. Therefore, we switched those two girls around. No offense to Sam whatsoever, but she was not the most athletic/familiar with football. However, we knew that Heather was also athletic and potentially win if she had a strong team. would have been on the Fallen Angels team, Sam would have been on the Sweethearts. This was planned because, if we were going on cliques, Brandi M. As you can see, the Fallen Angels team consisted of Lacey, Heather, Sam, and Erin. Also, there is a reason why we had the teams split up the way we did. We were also aware that she was athletic and it led to a great offering of a solo date for the girl that won the Mudbowl tournament. This is also the reason so many of her personal interviews are included throughout the season in regards to every situation the Bret tattoo, the Lacey villain schemes, the Vegas episode, Mudbowl, etc. This worked perfectly for a storyline regarding her as the winner. As you can tell, in the beginning episodes, she was extremely guarded, closed off, or as Bret would put it "an arms-length away" from him. Yes, as soon as we saw Jes during the first episode (her appearance, her personality, her charisma, etc.) we knew she would emphasize a perfect storyline for the winner. If y'all have any questions for me, I will be happy to give you my best answer! :) I was actually referred to one of the commenters on that post to do a separate post on /rockoflove as well since I worked at 51 Minds.ĭue to quarantine and all of the COVID-19 madness, I understand that these shows, especially after being on streaming networks have caught the attention of the original audience as well as a whole new audience. I had a discussion on /jerseryshore that is pinned and verified by the moderator, if you are interested in that. I also ended up leaving 51 Minds after the MWAM tragedy and began working on the first season of Jersey Shore, which was originally a VH1 production type show that was sold to MTV. I also worked on Season 1-2 of I Love Money. From then, I went on to work on Flavor of Love Season 2, Rock of Love 1-3, I Love New York 1-2. I worked for 51 Minds when I was 23 years-old in 2006 while VH1 was in the process of filming the first couple of episodes of Flavor Of Love. ![]()
